Plan your shopping weekend in Geneva

Are you arriving on the Friday? Shop to your heart’s delight throughout the city until 6.30 pm in the boutiques and 7.30 pm in the department stores.

Are you arriving on the Saturday? All of the shops will be waiting for you from 9.00 am until 6.00 pm (5.00 pm for the boutiques).

Don’t miss out on the “Saturday markets”, including the one in Carouge, an old Sardinian town with a Mediterranean atmosphere that is just 15 minutes away from the city centre by public transport. It is a great opportunity for some relaxation that can also be interspersed with the discovery of shops, as Carouge is famous for its fashionable little boutiques.

Reservations

The reservations can be made only through the Geneva Tourism & Convention Bureau up to at the latest 1 working day (Monday to Friday) before your arrival, according to availability.

Payment

The payment is to be made by credit card, directly at the Geneva Tourism & Convention Bureau. Accepted credit cards: Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, American Express.

Cancellation conditions

Any change or cancellation must be announced exclusively to the Geneva Tourism & Convention Bureau.
A CHF 20.00 charge will be made for any change or cancellation made from the day of the reservation up to 3 working days preceding your arrival. At the end of this period, and according to the hotel’s conditions, the total amount of the package could be forfeited or partially refunded.
